- Worked from your real numbers where possible
- Written handbook you keep

"In a half-day I finally understood my property numbers — and I've stopped dreading my tax bill."
The questions people actually ask
Is this training for people who want to leave their accountant?+
Not necessarily. Most of our training clients keep Cranleys (or another firm) for year-end and tax — they just want to run the day-to-day themselves with confidence. Some clients do move fully to DIY once trained, and that's fine too; the goal is your capability, not our fee.
Do you train landlords who only have one or two properties?+
Yes — some of our most popular training is for landlords with 1-5 properties who want to understand the tax rules, choose the right structure and stop being surprised by their tax bill. A half-day is usually enough to cover the essentials.
Can you train our in-house bookkeeper on Xero?+
Yes. We provide 1:1 and small-group Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent and Dext training, including sector-specific setup for property, clinic and owner-managed businesses. Training comes with written process documentation you can reuse.
Do you run training for clinic and practice owners?+
Yes. We run tailored sessions for dental, veterinary and medical practice owners who want to properly understand their practice P&L, associate splits, NHS / private mix and the impact of pension and structural decisions.
Is training online or in person?+
Both. Most 1:1 coaching runs online. Half-day workshops and in-house training can be delivered on-site (typically in Basingstoke or at your premises) or over video, whichever works best for you.
How much does it cost?+
Pricing depends on format and length — fixed prices for standard workshops, day-rate for custom in-house training, and monthly retainers for ongoing coaching. We always quote in writing before we start, with no hidden extras.
